Rehabilitation can reduce the impact on your life of a wide range of conditions including acute and chronic diseases, injury, trauma and illness.
It can help you to achieve the best possible outcome and help prevent complications which can be associated with many health conditions.
“Rehabilitation is an investment… it enables individuals to participate in education, gainful employment, remain independent at home and minimise the need for financial or caregiver support.”
